 |  |  |  |  WBE Certification is a nationally recognized and accepted designation for businesses that are at least 51% owned, managed and controlled by a woman or women.
WBE status can be used as a marketing tool to source contracts with both national and regional “corporate members” which include corporations, non-profit organizations and government agencies.
WBENC certification as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) is accepted by over 700 national corporations, non-profit organizations and other entities in the U.S. Many are members of WBENC and (WBEA) and others are not but they all recognizes and accept your certification.
Your company is listed on WBENCLink, the national database for WBENC certified WBEs. This database is accessible to both local and national members including corporations, non-profit organizations and government agencies.
Your company has the opportunity to participate in local and national networking events with other WBEs and corporate, non-profit agency and government buyers.

As a certified WBE, your company will have access to a listing of local and national corporate and governmental representatives, purchasing agents and end-users of goods and services. The list contains over 700 corporate members.

As a WBE, your company will have access to a local and national listing of all certified women-owned businesses (WBEs) that are members of WBENC. This list includes over 8,500 women-owned businesses.

WBE members that have been apart of the WBEA for at least a year qualify to apply for an executive scholarship. This program awards scholarships to women business owners and/or their executive staff to attend educational enrichment courses or programs that would enhance their overall effectiveness in their business.
