- Must be the business owner
- The business must be at least 5 years old and profiitable

The WBEA EDGE Alliance is designed to address these problems and aligns with Capital One, Shell and WAVE Priorities in through building community, technical assistance through comprehensive development workshops, networking, and coaching designed to strengthen and grow business. WBEA EDGE Alliance is a full-spectrum, high-level small business development program that combines education, access to funding, coaching, and understanding the industry pipeline supplier. WBEA EDGE Alliance is designed to strengthen women of color business owner's ability to make critical decisions, evaluate their current business for an enhanced strategy for future-proofing, competitive edge, business growth, and increase profitability potential.
